Workshop Itinerary
Day 1: June 21st
- Arrival and Welcome
- Arrive at Fuerteventura Airport and transfer to the hotel.
- Check-in and settle into your accommodations.
- Meet the instructors and fellow participants.
- Overview of the workshop and the week’s activities.
Day 2: June 22nd
- Morning: Basics of Astrophotography
- Basics of night photography and camera settings.
- Overview of necessary equipment and software.
- Afternoon: Island Exploration
- Guided tour to explore Fuerteventura's landscapes.
- Visit to a local scenic spot for sunset photography.
- Night: First Astrophotography Session
- Setting up equipment and practicing initial shots of the night sky.
- Focus on capturing the Milky Way.
Day 3: June 23rd
- Morning: Post-Processing Techniques
- Editing astrophotography images using Lightroom and Photoshop.
- Afternoon: Relaxation and Optional Activities
- Free time to relax at the beach or participate in optional activities like snorkeling or hiking.
- Night: Star Trails Photography
- Techniques for capturing star trails and time-lapse photography.
Day 4: June 24th
- Morning: Reviewing and Critiquing Photos
- Group session to review and critique the photos taken so far.

Day 5: June 25th

- Afternoon: Cultural Experience
- Visit to a local village to experience Fuerteventura's culture and traditions.
- Night: Using Trackers for Astrophotography
- Advanced session on using star trackers to capture longer exposures and more detailed night sky images.
Day 6: June 26th
- Morning: Final Review and Showcase Preparation
- Final review of images and preparation for the evening's showcase.
- Afternoon: Free Exploration
- Free time to explore the island on your own or revisit favorite spots.
- Night: Creative Astrophotography
- Experimenting with creative techniques like light painting and foreground integration.
Day 7: May 27th - Final Review and Showcase Preparation -Final review of images and preparation for the evening's showcase.
DAY 8: May 28th - Departure - Breakfast and check-out. Transfer to La Palma Airport for your departure. Farewell to new friends and fellow night photography enthusiasts.
